- We will happily accept items for a return or exchange as long as it is within 30 days of the purchase date. Please make sure items are unworn and the tags are still attached.
- We do not accept returns past 30 days of the ship date. We do not accept returns if the item has been worn or damaged from washing.
- All sales are final on sale category items.
- Shoes need to be returned in their original box. Please place the shoe box in a protective box. If we receive the shoe box as the shipping box we will not accept the shoes as returnable. You will be responsible for shipping charges back to you.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Please include your packing slip or a copy of your confirmation email with all returns. (Go to Return Authorization to learn how to make sure your order is eligible for return)
- Once we receive your return it will be processed within 1-3 business days and we will credit the card on the account. Please note your banking institution may require up to 14 days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

To request a return authorization please log into your account here and select the order you would like to return. Select the items you need to return. Once the order has been authorized for return you will send it back to the address in your email. You can also call or text 801-762-7479 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns. Please include your packing slip with your return. This will speed up the return process.
Damaged Items/ Wrong Item Received
If you believe you received a damaged item please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. You can reach us by calling or texting 801-762-7479 or email email@example.com
If your package does not arrive within the estimated time of arrival, we will be happy to open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to 2 weeks to complete.
If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund for the package. Please make sure we are sending packages to a secure address.
Holiday Return Policy
Any items purchased between November 1st-December 24th that are unworn, still tagged and unused, may be returned or exchanged by January 15th with a receipt or gift receipt.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. MSC will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

You may bring in your return to My Sister’s Closet within 30 days of original purchase as long as it meets the above criteria. The store will send the return to the warehouse for processing the return. Please include your packing slip with your return.

- We ship UPS, USPS First Class, Priority.

Curb Side Pick Up (Warehouse Pick Up)
Place your order before 11 am MST Monday-Friday and pick it up at our warehouse today! When selecting this option please include your phone number. We will text you when your order is ready for pick up. When you arrive at the warehouse, park in front of the garage door with Suite A and send a text to 801-762-7479 letting us know you have arrived. We will run your package out! Monday-Friday 8:30-12 or by appointment.
In Store Pick Up (Spanish Fork or Draper)
When checking out please select which store you would like to pick up your order at. Please include a phone number or email address so we can contact you when the order has arrived at that location. Place your order before 10 am MST Monday-Friday and pick it up in Spanish Fork today! (DRAPER pick ups will arrive Thursday by 4)
We currently ship to Canada. Flat rate shipping cost is $39.95. Shipping costs do not include duties and taxes. If you select FedEx, duties and taxes are included.
