- We will happily accept items for a return as long as it is within 30 days of the purchase date. Please make sure items are unworn and the tags are still attached.
- We do not accept returns past 30 days of the ship date. We do not accept returns if the item has been worn or damaged from washing.
- All sales are final on sale category items.
- Shoes need to be returned in their original box. Please place the shoe box in a protective box. If we receive the shoe box as the shipping box we will not accept the shoes as returnable. You will be responsible for shipping charges back to you.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Please include your packing slip or a piece of paper with your name and order number with all returns. (Go to Processing Returns to learn how to process your return.)
- Once we receive your return it will be processed within 1-3 business days and we will credit the card on the account. Please note your banking institution may require up to 14 days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

To process your return click here and fill in your email or order number and zip code. If you purchased the $2.97 free returns protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit and receive a prepaid label through our returns center. If you did not purchase the $2.97 free return protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee.

Damaged Items/ Wrong Item Received
If you believe you received a damaged item please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue. You can reach us by calling or texting 801-762-7479 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
If your package does not arrive within the estimated time of arrival, we will be happy to open an investigation with the shipping carrier. This process can take up to 2 weeks to complete.
If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund for the package. Please make sure we are sending packages to a secure address.
Holiday Return Policy
Any items purchased between November 1st-December 24th that are unworn, still tagged and unused, may be returned by January 15th with a receipt or gift receipt.

You may bring in your return to My Sister’s Closet within 30 days of original purchase as long as it meets the above criteria. The store will send the return to the warehouse for processing the return. Please include your packing slip with your return.
