Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your items as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
  • We do not accept returns past 30 days of the ship date. We do not accept returns if the item has been worn or damaged from washing.
  • All sales are final on clearance items.
  • Shoes need to be returned in their original box. Please place the shoe box in a protective box. If we receive the shoe box as the shipping box we will not accept the shoes as returnable. You will be responsible for shipping charges back to you.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • Please include your packing slip or a copy of your confirmation email with all returns. (Go to Return Authorization to learn how to make sure your order is eligible for return)
  • Once we receive your return it will be processed within 1-3 business days and we will credit the card on the account. Please note your banking institution may require up to 14 days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Return Authorization
To request a return authorization please log into your account here and select the order you would like to return. Select the items you need to return. Once the order has been authorized for return you will send it back to the address in your email. You can also call or text 801-762-7479 or email if you have any questions or concerns. Please include your packing slip with your return. This will speed up the return process.
Damaged Items/ Wrong Item Received

Holiday Return Policy
Any items purchased between November 10-December 24th that are unworn, still tagged and unused, may be returned or exchanged by January 15th with a receipt or gift receipt.
Return Shipping
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. MSC will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Return to Store
You may bring in your return to My Sister’s Closet within 30 days of original purchase as long as it meets the above criteria. The store will send the return to the warehouse for processing the return. Please include your packing slip with your return.

Free Shipping anywhere in the United States.

  • We ship fast! All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. (during sales this time might be a little longer)
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada. Flat rate shipping cost is $39.95. Shipping costs do not include duties and taxes that your country may charge you upon the arrival of your package.
